60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to absolutely love every piece. If something doesn't work in your space, return it within 60 days of delivery for full refund or exchange. Your complete satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be retained and included
  • All hardware, accessories, and tags must be present
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Clearance or discontinued items
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at returns@blissfulhavenshop.com with:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos if item is defective or damaged
  2. Receive return authorization within 24 hours with:
    • Return instructions
    • Return shipping label (if applicable)
    • Expected refund timeline
  3. Package items securely using original packaging
  4. Ship within 14 days of authorization
  5. Refund processed within 7-10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return

For large furniture returns, we arrange freight pickup—contact us for details and costs.

Exchanges Prefer a different size, color, or item? We're happy to facilitate exchanges. Contact us to arrange—we'll hold your desired item and prioritize shipping once we receive your return.

Refund Processing Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Please allow additional 3-7 days for your financial institution to process the credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for our errors.

Damaged or Defective Items Received a damaged or defective item? We sincerely apologize and will make it right immediately:

  • Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery
  • We'll send a replacement via expedited shipping at no charge
  • No need to return the defective item unless we request it
  • All shipping costs covered by us

Quality Guarantee If any item develops quality issues within one year of purchase due to manufacturing defects, contact us. We'll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion after evaluating the issue.
