Processing Time Orders are processed with meticulous attention within 2-3 business days. Larger furniture pieces may require 3-5 business days for quality inspection and secure packaging. You'll receive confirmation when your order ships with detailed tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard Shipping (US):

  • Small Items (under 20 lbs): $12.99 (5-7 business days)
  • Medium Items: $24.99 (5-7 business days)
  • Large Items: $49.99 (7-10 business days)
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250

Expedited Shipping:

  • 2-3 Business Days: Starting at $39.99
  • Next Day: Starting at $79.99
  • Available for select items only

White-Glove Furniture Delivery:

  • Inside delivery, unpacking, assembly, and debris removal
  • Rates calculated based on item size and destination
  • Scheduling arranged after purchase
  • Signature required

International:

  • Canada: Starting at $35 (10-14 business days)
  • Europe: Starting at $75 (14-21 business days)
  • Customs duties are customer's responsibility

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery: Items left at doorstep or lobby

Inside Delivery: Items brought inside your home (furniture only)

White-Glove Service: Full-service delivery including:

  • Scheduled appointment
  • Inside placement in room of choice
  • Unpacking and assembly
  • Removal of all packaging materials
  • Final inspection

Order Tracking Track orders through the link in your shipping confirmation or your account dashboard. For white-glove deliveries, you'll receive a call 24-48 hours before arrival to confirm appointment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some oversized items cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses
  • Hawaii, Alaska, and remote areas may incur additional fees
  • International shipping limited to select countries and items

Damaged Shipments Inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If items are damaged:

  1. Photograph packaging and product immediately
  2. Note damage on delivery receipt (if applicable)
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at support@blissfulhavenshop.com
  4. We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund

International Customs International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Holiday Shipping During peak seasons (November-January), processing and delivery times may extend 3-7 days. We communicate expected delays proactively. Order early for holiday gifts to ensure timely arrival.
